Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (the business or person creating a RIOS account) and Book World, trading as BW Solution Tech, 147 Chittaranjan Avenue, Kolkata, West Bengal 700007, India (GSTIN 19AHNPA1306P1Z7) — "Book World", "we", "us". RIOS is our product for WhatsApp and email marketing, contact management and customer follow-up. By creating an account or using RIOS you accept these terms.

1. Your account

You must be able to enter a binding contract and give accurate details. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by people you invite. Keep your password private. The organization's owner controls its team, connections, billing and plan.

2. What RIOS does — and does not do

RIOS lets you organise contacts, send WhatsApp and email campaigns, handle conversations and follow up. WhatsApp messages are delivered through the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta or WhatsApp. Availability of WhatsApp, your templates, your number's quality rating and messaging limits are decided by Meta, not by us.

3. Acceptable use

You may message only people who have agreed to hear from you (opted in) and must honour opt-outs immediately. You must follow the WhatsApp Business Policy, Meta's commerce and messaging policies, Indian law (including the Telecom Commercial Communications rules and data-protection law) and, for email, applicable anti-spam rules. You must not send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or prohibited content, or use RIOS to hide the origin of messages. We may pause or close an account that puts our platform, other customers or our standing with Meta at risk.

4. Plans, wallet and payments

Subscriptions are charged monthly in advance, renew automatically until cancelled, and are shown with GST clearly stated before you pay. Wallet money is prepaid: you choose an amount of wallet credit, GST at 18% is added on top and shown before you pay, and only the credit amount is added to your wallet. Metered RIOS usage is deducted from the wallet at the rates shown in your account. WhatsApp message fees are set by Meta. RIOS charges separately for its platform and services. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or UPI details. We issue a GST invoice for every payment. Prices and rates can change; a change never affects a payment already made. Wallet money never expires while your account exists. Every payment is final and non-refundable, except the payment errors described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future payments; you keep every benefit of your plan until the last day of the period you already paid for. Payments are non-refundable and we do not pro-rate — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full terms, including how unused wallet money is treated when an account is closed.

6. Your data

You own your contacts, messages and content. You give us permission to process them only to run RIOS for you. You promise that you have the right and the consents needed to upload and use them. We keep it secure, do not sell it, and describe what we collect in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete your data at any time using the data deletion page.

7. Third-party services

RIOS relies on services from others (for example Meta, payment, email delivery, AI and voice providers). If one is unavailable or changes its rules, RIOS features that depend on it can be limited or stop. We are not responsible for a third party's outage, decision or charge.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep RIOS available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We improve and change features over time, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what you paid for.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using RIOS and close your account at any time. We can suspend or end your account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, non-payment, or where the law or Meta requires it. On closure we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy, except records we must keep by law (such as invoices).

10. Liability

RIOS is provided "as is" and "as available". You decide who you message, what you send, what you spend and how you use what RIOS shows you, and you do all of it at your own responsibility. To the fullest extent the law allows, Book World, trading as BW Solution Tech, is not liable for any loss, damage, cost or claim of any kind arising from your use of RIOS, including lost profits, lost data, a blocked or restricted WhatsApp number, or anything caused by Meta, WhatsApp, your bank, your internet provider or any other third party. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have.
